GENERAL TERMS OF USE

ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE

These General Terms of Use (GTU) legally govern access to and use of the site stickergreen.com (hereinafter "the site"), published by STICKERGREEN SASU. Access to the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTU.

ARTICLE 3 — ACCESS TO THE SITE

The site provides access to the following services:

Sale of custom stickers and labels
Sale of application accessories
Contact and quote requests

Access is free and available from any device connected to the Internet. Connection and equipment costs are the responsibility of the User. STICKERGREEN reserves the right to interrupt or suspend access to the site at any time, notably for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

ARTICLE 4 — PERSONAL DATA

The collection and processing of Users' personal data are carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended Data Protection Act.

The User has the following rights regarding their data: access, rectification, deletion, portability, opposition, and restriction of processing. These rights can be exercised by contacting STICKERGREEN at contact@stickergreen.com or via the site's contact form.

These GTU apply for an indefinite period from the User's access to the site.

ARTICLE 11 — APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTU are governed by French law. In case of dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of STICKERGREEN's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the legal provisions applicable to consumers.
