ARTICLE 1 — PUBLISHER AND SELLER
These general terms of sale (GTS) apply to any order placed on the site stickergreen.com, published by:

ARTICLE 2 — SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These GTS govern the contractual relations between STICKERGREEN and any buyer, professional or consumer (hereinafter "the Client"), placing an order on stickergreen.com. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTS.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS
STICKERGREEN offers personalized stickers and labels, made to order from graphic files provided by the Client. The products are manufactured in France, in our workshop in Jarnac (Charente).
The essential characteristics of the products (materials, finishes, dimensions, durability) are described on the product sheets on the site. The Client is invited to consult them before placing any order.
ARTICLE 4 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF CLIENT FILES
4.1 Ownership of files Logos, visuals, trademarks and any graphic file transmitted by the Client as part of an order remain the exclusive property of the Client or their rights holders. STICKERGREEN acquires no rights over these elements by virtue of the order.
4.2 Authorization of use By transmitting their files, the Client declares to hold the necessary rights over all the graphic elements provided (logos, illustrations, texts, photographs, trademarks) and grants STICKERGREEN a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license, solely for the purpose of producing the order.
4.3 Client responsibility The Client is solely responsible for the files transmitted. STICKERGREEN cannot be held liable in case of infringement of third-party rights (copyright, trademark rights, image rights) resulting from the reproduction of elements provided by the Client. The Client indemnifies STICKERGREEN against any third-party claims in this regard.
4.4 Use by STICKERGREEN STICKERGREEN undertakes not to use client files for purposes other than the production of the order, and in particular not for commercial, promotional or demonstration purposes, without prior written consent of the Client.
ARTICLE 5 — ORDER
5.1 Ordering process The Client configures their product online (shape, dimensions, material, quantity, graphic file) and validates their order after acceptance of these GTS. The order is firm upon receipt of full payment.
5.2 File verification STICKERGREEN performs a technical check of the transmitted file (resolution, format, cutting area). In case of a technical problem making production impossible or likely to affect quality, STICKERGREEN contacts the Client to submit a corrected file or an alternative.
5.3 Proof approval (BAT) When online visualization does not guarantee a rendering in line with the Client's expectations, or at the Client's express request, STICKERGREEN submits a proof approval (BAT) before production starts. The BAT is a digital preview of the final product sent to the Client by email. Production only starts after written approval of the BAT by the Client. No production will be launched without this explicit validation.
5.4 Order confirmation A confirmation email summarizing the order details is sent to the Client after payment.
ARTICLE 6 — PRICE AND PAYMENT
6.1 Price Prices displayed on stickergreen.com are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). STICKERGREEN reserves the right to change its prices at any time; orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of validation.
6.2 Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. STICKERGREEN does not store any banking data: payments are processed by secure third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). Any fees related to a payment incident (rejection, unpaid) are borne by the Client.
6.3 Promotions STICKERGREEN may offer limited-time promotional offers. The conditions of each offer are specified on the corresponding page and are not cumulative unless otherwise stated.
ARTICLE 7 — PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES
7.1 Production time As products are made to order, the production time is generally between 2 and 10 working days from order validation (or BAT validation if applicable). This time may be extended in case of large quantity orders, particular technical complexity or problems processing the graphic file. The Client will be informed as soon as possible.
7.2 Delivery Delivery times and rates are specified in our Delivery Policy. STICKERGREEN cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
7.3 Receipt The Client is invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any anomaly (damaged package, missing product) must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery and to STICKERGREEN within 48 hours of receipt.
ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
8.1 In accordance with Article L. 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. Stickers and labels produced from the Client's files are personalized products: no right of withdrawal can be exercised once production has started.
The Client expressly acknowledges and accepts this exclusion when validating their order on the site.
8.2 Cancellation before production Any cancellation request must be sent to contact@stickergreen.com as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, STICKERGREEN will try to comply. No cancellation can be accepted once production has started.
8.3 Error attributable to STICKERGREEN In case of production error attributable to STICKERGREEN (printing defect, cutting error, product not conforming to the approved BAT), STICKERGREEN offers the Client the choice of: a reprint at its expense or a full refund. Any claim must be sent to contact@stickergreen.com within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by photos of the defective product.
8.4 Error in the client file STICKERGREEN cannot be held responsible for a defect resulting from an error in the file transmitted by the Client (spelling mistake, poor resolution, color not matching an unspecified Pantone, etc.), as long as production conforms to the approved file.
ARTICLE 9 — WARRANTIES
STICKERGREEN guarantees the conformity of its products to the descriptions on the site. The announced durability (e.g. 5-year outdoor warranty) applies under normal use and installation conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from inappropriate use or incorrect installation.
ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY
STICKERGREEN cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Its liability is in any case limited to the amount of the order concerned.
ARTICLE 11 — PERSONAL DATA
Data collected as part of an order are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
